摘要
目的了解医科大学学生人际信任及相关因素,为提高医学生人际信任提供参考。方法随机抽取某医科大学不同专业一年级和三年级的学生作为调查对象,采用手机版人际信任量表(ITS)及父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU,简化版)在课间进行调查,学生通过扫描二维码获取问卷即刻填写,完成后现场提交;共收回完整问卷569份,有效率100%。结果某医科大学学生人际信任得分52~110分,其中人际信任总分(77.37±7.925)分、特殊信任(28.05±6.244)分、普通信任(49.32±6.542)分;大学生特殊信任存在明显性别差异(t=-0.346,P<0.05),表现为男生(27.92±6.849分)低于女生(28.11±5.932)分;不同年级(t=-0.551)、民族(t=-1.084)、户籍类型(t=0.354)、是否独生子女(t=-0.581)、父(t=-1.036)母(t=-0.011)文化程度、家庭月收入(t=2.324)间大学生人际信任得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);此外,不同父母教养方式对人际信任得分有影响。结论对于不同性别和不同家庭背景的学生可采用个性化关怀的方法,以提高他们的人际信任度。
Objective To understand interpersonal trust and relevant factors in students from a medical university, to provide scientific basis for improving college students＇ interpersonal trust. Methods Freshmen and juniors of different majors in a medical university were sampled randomly to carry out questionnaire with interpersonal trust scale（ITS） of mobile version, and Egna av Barndosnauppforstran（EMBU, simplified version）, by students scanning code, answering the questionnaire and submitting. Totally 569 complete questionnaires were collected with effective rate of 100%. Results Interpersonal trust score was from 52 to 110, including 77.37±7.925 of overall score of interpersonal trust, 28.05±6.244 of special trust score, 49.32 ± 6.542 of common trust score. There was statistical difference in special trust between the male and female（（t=-0.346, P〈0.05）, showing that it was lower in the male（27.92±6.849） than in the female（28.11±5.932）. No statistical difference（P〈0.05） was found in the scores of interpersonal trust, among grades（t=-0.551）, nationalities（t=-1.084）, census re-gisters（t=0.354）, whether the only child or not（t=-0.581）, parents＇ educational background（t=-0.011） and month income of the family（t=2.324）. In addition, different parenting styles have effect on interpersonal trust score. Conclusions Individual care should be taken according to students＇ gender and family background, so as to improve their interpersonal trust.
