摘要
警卫人员是维护警卫安全的重要力量，应重视警棍的使用与训练。长期以来，如何遵循“最小武力原则”依法适度使用警棍，是困扰警卫人员的重要问题。警卫人员警棍使用的研究应结合警卫执勤过程中的突出问题，依据警棍使用的法律规定，探讨警卫人员警棍使用的困境，提出加强警棍使用的新思路。
As the major force of maintaining guard security, security personnel should attach importance to the training and using of batons. However, how to obey the strategy of minimal force according to law and the principle of moderation is a major issue perplexing security personnel. The study of using batons in the guards should be combined with the main problems in the process of the guard on duty. This paper explores the dilemma in using of batons, and puts forward new ideas in the use of batons according to the relevant laws and regulations.
