摘要
对石油化工行业离心泵效率水平进行统计调查,在收集大量数据的基础上将厂家效率指标的自测值与产品样本数据及国家标准规定值进行比较,指出了离心泵效率自测数据普遍低于产品样本数据,更低于国家相关标准数据。同时介绍了第三方质检机构得出的国内泵行业部分重点厂家石油化工离心泵效率水平。全国泵标准化技术委员会提出了石油化工离心泵的能效等级标准,并得到批准通过。新的能效等级标准将推动整个泵行业向高效节能方向发展。
According to statistical investigation on the efficiency level of centrifugal pumps in petrochemical industry and on the basis of a huge data collection, compared the self-test value of the factory, efficiency index with the catalogue data and the value specified in the national standard and pointed out that the self-test efficiency data of the centrifugal pump was generally Lower than the catalogue data, and was even lower than the national standard data. At the same time gave an introduction on the efficiency level of petrochemical centrifugal pump from some key manufacturers in domestic pump industry. The rating standard for energy efficiency of petrochemical centrifugal pump established by the National TCST for Pumps has been approved. The new rating standard for energy efficiency will urge the pump industry to be developed in the orientation of high efficiency and energy conservation.
