摘要
本文以离心泵为研究对象,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,对高温高压条件下运行的离心泵叶轮有无平衡孔两种情况分别进行离心泵全流道三维湍流数值模拟,分析叶轮上的平衡孔对泵的性能及轴向水推力的影响,探讨了其减少轴向水推力的效果。数值模拟的结果表明,若平衡孔的大小及位置布置合适,平衡孔对泵的扬程影响较小,使泵的效率略有降低,但对泵轴向水推力的减小是有效的,与不带平衡孔的模型相比,轴向水推力减少约为15%。
In this work,a RNG k-ε turbulent model was used to simulate the steady flow in the whole passage of a high-temperature and high-pressure centrifugal pump for analysis of the influence of balancing holes on the pump and their effects in reducing axial thrust.The simulations show that with addition of the holes that are suitable in their sizes and locations,pumping head is nearly unchanged,pump efficiency drops roughly by 3%,but axial thrust drops roughly by 15%.
