摘要
资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为的外溢效应与胁迫效应,是一个基于新兴实践的管理科学问题。文章运用系统工程的思想,采取综合分析与逻辑归纳相结合的方法,通过系统地梳理资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为效应相关问题研究的基本脉络、主要内容和重要结论,分析把握已有研究成果的共识和不足,提出需要着力进行资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为驱动机理、外溢效应、胁迫效应的系统研究,以及外溢效应与胁迫效应的比较研究,可为资源枯竭型企业谋求可持续发展,为国家和地方促进生态文明建设的相关政策制定提供理论参考。
Spillover effect and intimidation effect of interregional transfer activities of resources-exhausted enterprises is a management science issue based on emerging practice. The article analyzes the consensuses and deficiencies on existing research results, also puts forward systematic research requiring drive mechanism, spillover effect and intimidation effect on interregional transfer activities of resources-exhausted enterprises, as well as brings forward a research comparing spillover effect with intimidation effect by applying ideas of system engineering, adopting the method combining comprehensive analysis with logic induction, also systematically carding basic context, main content and significant conclusions about interregional transfer activities of resources-exhausted enterprises issues, which can be beneficial to supply theoretical references to draw up policies for the sustainable development of resources-exhausted enterprises and promotion of ecological civilization for nation and local.
