摘要 教育机会均等是指接受教育不受个人无法控制的种族、性别、社会地位等环境因素的影响,但是因自身努力程度不同而产生差别是可以接受的。高校扩招以来,接受高等教育的机会总量大大增加,男女接受高等教育机会的数量差异逐渐缩小,但是重点高等教育机会仍然存在明显的性别差异,尤其是农村地区,家庭经济情况较差,父亲职业层次较低的女性的劣势地位就更加突显。因此,政府应着力加大教育资源投入,促进学校均衡发展,使不同出身、不同背景的人能够不受性别、民族或种族等先赋性因素的限制平等地参与到教育资源尤其是优质教育资源的竞争中。 Educational opportunity equality means every student can accept education without being influenced by race, gender, social status and other environmental factors, while it is acceptable that their education opportunity is different for their different effort. Since the expansion of higher education, the total opportunities of receiving higher education increase sharply. Although the gender difference of receiving general higher education is decreasing, the gender difference of receiving key higher education is still very significant, especially for those female students from rural areas, poor families or with a father working in a lower job position. Therefore, the government should increase educational investment so as to promote the balanced development of the school and make everyone with different backgrounds can join in educational competition equally.
