某型真空除氧器的喷淋结构及研究

摘要 目前,国内空冷机组的除氧器普遍存在凝结水含氧量偏高的问题。为了研究喷雾-淋水盘式真空除氧器结构的有效性,建立了真空除氧器的性能试验系统。通过定性分析,确定了凝结水含氧量、流量、补水含氧量、真空泄漏氧量等因素对除氧器性能的影响。为空冷机组加装喷雾-淋水盘式真空除氧器的设计与技术开发,提供依据。 At present, the problem of high oxygen content of condensation water exists in the deaerator of the domestic air cooling unit. In order to study the effectiveness of spray water- spray tray vacuum deaerator structure, the performance test system of vacuum deaerator is established. Through qualitative analysis, the oxygen content of condensation water, water flow rate, oxygen content, oxygen and vacuum leakage factors that influence the performance of the deaerator is determined. The basis for design and technology development of installation of water spray - tray vacuum deaerator for air cooling unit is provided.
