摘要
文章以高纯度纳米硅粉为研究对象,研究了三种常用纳米颗粒粒径检测方法(激光粒度仪法、比表面积法、X射线衍射法)的检测结果。实验结果表明:与激光粒度仪法相比,BET法与X射线衍射法的测量结果都偏小。
Test result of three commonly used measureing methods of nano particle size {laser particle analyzer, BET, X-ray diffraction) has been studied in this article with high-purity nano ganister sand as the research object. Result shows that compared to the method of laser particle analyzer, the measurement results by BET and X-ray diffraction methods are both smaller.
