共沉淀法制备Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒过程中沉淀剂种类对样品的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本实验通过共沉淀法制备并表征四氧化三铁磁性纳米颗粒.其中,分别选用氨水和氢氧化钠作为沉淀剂,考察了不同沉淀剂对生成物的影响作用,结果显示,两种情况下得到的产物均为反尖晶石结构,结晶度高;但以氢氧化钠作为沉淀剂时,Fe3O4磁性纳米颗粒大小较不均匀,球形颗粒中夹杂少许立方体颗粒,纳米颗粒粒径约为10~15 nm;以氨水作为沉淀剂得到的Fe3O4纳米颗粒主要为大小较均匀的球形结构,纳米颗粒粒径约为12~15 nm. The experiment through coprecipitation preparation and characterization of the ferromagnetic Fe304-nanoparticles, choose different ammonia and sodium hydroxide as precipitator, the effect of different precipitation agent on the products was investigated, the results shows that the product of the two cases are the spinel structure, high crystallinity. But with sodium hydroxide as precipitant, Fe304 magnetic nanoparticles size is uneven, spherical particles of cube particles, nanoparticles particle size of about 10~ 15 rim: With ammonia as precipitant of Fe304 nanoparticles are unifonrmly mainly for the size of the spherical structure, nano particle size is about 12-15 nm.
