摘要
槽壁失稳是地连墙施工面临的最大威胁,特别是在基槽开挖与钢筋笼吊放过程中,成槽机械及附属设备的质量和施工振动对槽壁的稳定十分不利。以典型的冲积地质条件为例,分析基槽开挖过程和钢筋笼吊装过程的槽壁变形与安全系数,并根据常见的槽壁稳定加固方法,分别从增加泥浆密度、旋喷桩加固表层临空土体、降低地下水位等方面讨论各项措施的有效性。通过对比分析稳定加固效果,对实际工程中槽壁稳定措施的选择提出了参考建议。
The groove sidewall instability is the biggest threat to the wall construction, especially in the trench excavation and reinforcement cage lifting process, the weight and construction vibration for the groove machines and its attached equipment are unfavorable to the tank wall stability. Taking the example of typical alluvial geological condition, we analyze the tank wall deformation and safety coefficient of the trench excavation process and the reinforcement cage hoisting process, and discuss the effectiveness of various measures from increase mud severe, jet grouting pile to reinforce the soil surface of airport and lowering of water-table basing on the strengthening method of reinforcing.Through the comparison and analysis, we put forward suggestions to choose of stability on the groove wall reinforcement effect in the actual engineering stability measures.
