摘要 在研究分析不同作业废水特点的基础上,采用技术集成和多重工艺技术有机组合的技术思路,对某处理站外围万方池中的作业废水开展预处理关键技术研究工作。在充分了解不同作业废液的主要成分及它们对含油废水影响原因的基础上,室内针对不同作业废水,在预处理工艺运行参数的合理选择方面,展开相应的室内静态、动态模拟试验研究,确定了"氧化+混凝净化+曝气气浮"预处理工艺技术可行性。现场的实施结果表明,该预处理工艺技术对作业废液的达标回掺、降低处理成本、提高处理效率和环保节能等方面,提供了理论依据。 Based on the analysis of different operation wastewater characteristics,the technology idea of integrated and multiple technology organic combination,to a processing wastewater station million in the pool work carried out research on the key technology of pretreatment.Based on the main component to fully understand the different operations and their waste of oily wastewater causes that affected the interior according to different wastewater,in the reasonable selection of pretreatment process parameters, the corresponding static and dynamic expansion of indoor simulation test,to determine the "oxidation+coagulation+purification technology feasibility of pretreatment of aeration flotation".The results show that the pretreatment technology can provide a theoretical basis for the incorporation of the standard solution,reducing the cost,improving the treatment efficiency and environmental protection and energy saving.
