摘要
针对北方某油田压裂废水粘度高、浊度大、悬浮固体含量和含油量超标的特点,以实现回注为目标,采用"酸化-化学氧化-pH值调节-絮凝沉淀-过滤"的方法对压裂废水进行处理试验,探讨了酸化pH值、氧化剂种类、加药量及其氧化时间、无机和有机絮凝剂种类及加药量对处理效果的影响,确定最优处理条件,为解决油田压裂返排液处理难题提供一定的技术支持。
In allusion to the characteristics of high viscosity,turbidity,high suspended solid content and high oil content,for the purpose of wastewater reinjection,the method of acidizing-chemical oxidation-pH adjusting-flocculating precipitation -filtration was used to test the wastewater,the effect of acidification,pH,type and dosage of oxidant,its reaction time and the type and dosage of organic and inorganic flocculating agents on the treatment is studied,the optimal treatment condition is determined.It provides support to solve the problem of fracturing fluid flowback in the oilfields.
