摘要 含油钻屑中包含大量石油类、有机物等有害物质,不经过处理排放,会对环境造成严重污染。目前使用的含油钻屑处理技术主要包括热解析法、焚烧法、微生物代谢降解法等,但是,这些方法均存在不足,不能够快速、高效解决含油钻屑处理问题。本文提出了一种高效、低成本处理含油钻屑的方法,合成了一种含油钻屑清洗剂,采用超声辅助清洗的新技术处理含油钻屑,有效减少了清洗剂的用量,强化了清洗剂的清洗作用。在本文中,考察了清洗剂加量、加热温度和超声时间对除油效率的影响。当55℃的加热条件下,超声10 min,清洗剂加量为7.5 g/L时处理含油钻屑,油的回收率可达95%以上,处理后的钻屑含油量小于1%,剩下的含有清洗剂的废水,可以重复利用,继续作为清洗液清洗含油钻屑。这一技术提高了含油钻屑处理效率,大大降低了处理成本,极具推广价值。 Oily cuttings are hazardous wastes containing oil and hydrocarbons.The wastes can represent a significant risk to human and ecological without appropriate treatment.The common treatment methods include microbiological deterioration, heat treatment and burning.However,these methods can not completely resolve the pollution problem of waste.This article develops a useful recycling and safe disposal technology for oily cuttings.A treatment processing formula was applied and a novel oil cleaner agent was synthesized.Adopted ultrasonic assisted cleaning technology for processing oil drilling cuttings,effectively reduced the amount of cleaning agent and strengthened the cleaning agent cleaning effect.In this paper,the effects of oil cleaner agent dosage,heating temperature and ultrasonic time on the deoiling ratio were analyzed. Added 7.5 g/L oil cleaner agent under the 55 ℃ and 10 minutes conditions for treating the oily cuttings,the oil recovery rate greater than 95 %,and the quality of the recycled oil is very good and meets requirements for preparation of oil-based drilling fluid. The treated wastewater including the oil cleaner agent can be reused.This technique greatly reduces the pollution of the environment.It would play a major role in sustainable development in a large scale of treatment oily cuttings and a high value for popularization.
