软弱围岩隧道近距离下穿房屋施工控制技术 被引量:13

摘要 在隧道工程修建过程中,有时不可避免地要从房屋、道路等建筑结构物下方穿过,并在不同程度上导致结构物变形、开裂甚者倒塌破坏,尤其是当隧道围岩比较软弱破碎时,存在的施工风险极高。为确保南华一号隧道能顺利下穿地表房屋,首先根据现场实际施工情况开展了数值计算,分析了隧道施工对房屋安全的影响;随后,结合建筑房屋沉降控制标准,提出了一系列的施工控制措施;最后,经现场监测结果分析,验证了施工控制措施的合理性。上述研究成果对同类工程有一定的借鉴意义。 During the process of tunnel construction,it is sometimes inevitably to pass beneath houses,roads and other architectural structures,which usually leads to different degrees of damages to building structures,such as deformation,crack and even collapse. Under this circumstance,the construction risk is especially high when the surrounding rock is weak. In order to ensure the Nanhua No. 1 Tunnel passing through the surface buildings smoothly,firstly,numerical calculations are carried out to simulate the actual situation of construction site,for the purpose of analyzing the influence of tunnel construction on housing security. Secondly,a series of the construction control measures are proposed according to the calculation results as well as the building settlement control standards. Finally,field monitoring results are analyzed to verify the rationality of construction control measures. The above research results can provide certain references for the similar tunnel engineering.
