摘要
目的检测MMP-3、MMP-10和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂2(TIMP-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-3、MMP-10及TIMP-2在60例结肠癌和26例癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果结肠癌组织中MMP-3、MMP-10和TIMP-2阳性表达率分别为76.7%、58.3%和66.7%,高于癌旁正常组织的15.4%、11.5%和3.84%(P<0.01)。MMP-3和MMP-10的表达均与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);TIMP-2表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。MMP-3、MMP-10表达与TIMP-2表达有相关性(r=0.33、r=0.28,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-3、MMP-10和TIMP-2的高表达与结肠癌侵袭与转移密切相关,可以作为临床评估结肠癌进展及肿瘤预后的指标。
Objective To explore the expressions of MMP-3,MMP-10 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP-2)in colonic carcinoma tissues.Methods The expressions of MMP-3,MMP-10 and TIMP-2were detected by immunohistochemistry in colonic carcinoma tissues(group A,60cases)and tumor-adjacent normal tissues(group B,26cases).Results The expressions of MMP-3,MMP-10 and TIMP-2in group A were 76.7%,58.3% and 66.7%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 15.4%,11.5% and 3.84%in group B(P〈0.01).The expressions of MMP-3and MMP-10 were closely related to tumor size,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).TIMP-2 expression was closely related to lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The expressions of MMP-3and MMP-10 were positively correlated to TIMP-2expression(r=0.33 and r=0.28,P〈0.05).Conclusion Abnormally high expressions of MMP-3,MMP-10 and TIMP-2are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colonic carcinoma and can be used as the important indicators for clinical evaluation of the progression and prognosis of colon cancer.
