胃癌组织FHIT蛋白表达及其与幽门螺杆菌感染关系 被引量:7

FHIT PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN GASTRIC CANCER AND ITS RELATED WITH HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION

摘要 目的探讨脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)蛋白在胃癌组织表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的关系。方法应用免疫组化PV法检测52例胃癌、30例癌旁组织和48例远癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达情况,硼酸亚甲蓝染色法检测HP。结果FHIT蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达明显弱于癌旁及远癌组织(χ2=17.49、36.15,P<0.01);后两者比较差异亦有显著性(χ2=102.67,P<0.01)。胃癌及癌旁组织中,HP阳性组的FHIT蛋白表达弱于HP阴性组(Z=-2.881、-2.550,P<0.05)。FHIT蛋白表达与肿瘤的TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(Z=-2.124、-2.552,P<0.05)。结论FHIT蛋白的表达缺失或下降在胃癌发生发展中起着重要作用,HP感染可能通过影响FHIT蛋白表达促使胃癌发生。 Objective To investigate the expression of FHIT protein in gastric cancer and its association with helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods Immunohistochemical PV method was applied to detect FHIT protein expression in 52 gastric cancer tissue, 30 paraneoplastic tissue and 48 away-from-cancer tissue. The HP was detected by boric acid methylene blue staining. Results The expression of FHIT protein in cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in paraneoplastic and away-from-cancer tissues (χ^2 = 17.49,36.15 ; P〈0. 01) ; also with significant difference between the latter two groups (χ^2 = 102.67, P〈0.01). In cancer tissue and paraneoplastic tissue, the expression of FHIT with positive HP was lower than that in negative HP (Z= -2. 881,-2. 550; P〈0. 05). The expression of FHIT was correlated with TNM staging and lymph-node metastasis (Z= -2. 124,-2. 552;P〈0. 05). Conclusion Absence or decrease of FHIT expression plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, HP infection may precipitate carcinogenesis by influencing FHIT expression.
