摘要
以合成β沸石的废液作为部分原料合成了低硅多级ZSM-48,利用XRD、XRF、SEM、N_2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD、FT-IR等手段详细表征了合成样品的结构性能。结果表明,β沸石废弃液中的硅铝物种以初级(次级)结构单元形式存在,这些初级(次级)结构单元诱导了ZSM-48沸石晶核的形成,并促进了晶体生长;合成的ZSM-48为棒状纳米初级晶粒构成的多晶聚集体,且存在丰富的介孔结构;可以在较大范围内调节合成的ZSM-48的n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),获得n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)为52~76的高结晶的低硅ZSM-48样品。此方法为合成低硅ZSM-48提供了一个绿色、环境友善、低成本的合成途径。
An aluminum-rich hierarchical ZSM-48 was synthesized by a novel and environmentally friendly synthesis route.A waste liquor collected by filtering the solid-liquid mixture of assynthesizedβzeolite was used as a partial nutrient,as well as the seeding for the growth of ZSM-48 zeolite crystals.The textural properties of the as-synthesized materials were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,XRF,NH_3-TPD and N_2 adsorption-desorption techniques.The results displayed that the primary or/and subprime building units in the waste liquor induced a burst in nucleation rate,and nano-sized zeolite crystals were created,which subsequently self-assembly formed ZSM-48 polycrystalline aggregation.The SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 molar ratios of the as-synthesized ZSM-48 could be adjusted at a wide range.Such a synthesis route allowed the aluminum-rich ZSM-48 zeolite to be synthesized with a cost lower than that of the traditional procedure and thus opened a new,costeffective and industrially applicable way to the synthesis of aluminum-rich ZSM-48 zeolite.
