Zeolite ZSM-48 has been prepared by using kneading method forthe first time. The reactant mixture contains a little of 1, 6-hexanediamine and a lot of solid materials. The ratio of aluminosilicate gel toC6DM can be up to 3. 4. Due to adding a much less of liquid material,the autoclave can be used more efficiently and the yield per unit'volumeof autoclave increases greatly. The procedure of seperation is not needed after the crystallization. It shows the bright future in zeolite synthesis
