摘要 以组分为60%的改性黏胶基Outlast空调纤维、20%的竹浆纤维和20%的涤纶纤维混纺纱线为原料,开发了2/1人字斜纹条和平纹稀密条组织面料.对具有明显调温功能的Outlast空调纤维面料的服用性能和风格进行了测试分析,结果表明两种组织Outlast空调纤维面料轻薄凉爽,吸湿透气性较好,有良好的外观保持性,表面光滑匀整、柔软细腻,适宜开发成夏季衬衫面料,在功能性纺织服装领域有广阔的市场前景. 60% of the modified component-based Outlast viscose air-conditioning fibers,20% bamboo fibers and 20% polyester blended yarn as raw material,we developed a 2/1 herringbone stripe twill fabric and plain woven tissue thin dense strip fabrics.In this paper,the performance and style of the Outlast air-conditioning fabrics with fantastic thermo-regulating performance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that two tissues Outlast fiber air-conditioning fabrics have better moisture permeability and good appearance retention and are cool and thin.Its surface is smooth and is soft and delicate,and tempering effect is obvious,and has broad market prospects in functional textile and clothing field.
