摘要
马克思主义灌输论是我国思想政治教育工作的一项重要理论支撑。职业素质培养视域下对大学生进行社会主义核心价值观的灌输首先应立足于理论渊源的基本界定,并从培养合格的职业型人才、大学生自我成长、新时期高校思想政治教育发展与巩固和增强大学生文化认同等层面,阐明其必要性。以"灌输论"为中心,针对大学生社会主义核心价值观的培养,提高灌输主体的素质、强化主客体间的沟通、拓展灌输的载体、找准恰当的灌输方法,是卓有成效的实现路径。
Marxist inculcation theory is an important theoretical support for the ideological and political education.The inculcation of socialist core values under the vision of vocational quality training should base on the basic definition of theoretical origin. This paper clarifies the necessity from the cultivation of qualified vocational talents,the self-growth of college students,the development and consolidation of ideological and political education in universities and the enhancement of college students' cultural identity. In order to cultivate college students' socialist core values,the improvement of the quality of inculcating body,strengthening of the communication between the subject and object,expansion of inculcating carrier and finding out the appropriate method of inculcation are very effective paths.
