高瓦斯矿带压注浆封孔工艺应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对石泉煤矿3号煤层瓦斯赋存高、较难抽采、抽采效率低下的问题,提出应用囊袋式带压注浆封孔工艺,通过理论分析以及石泉矿实际情况确定了封孔的始封位置为距巷帮2 m以及封孔长度为10 m。现场实验表明,囊袋式带压注浆封孔工艺后支管的抽采浓度提高至18%,提高了6倍,瓦斯纯量提高至11.48 m^3/min,提高了4倍,单孔瓦斯浓度提高3~4倍,单孔瓦斯纯量提高3倍左右,而且较高抽采浓度能稳定在150 d左右,保证了矿井安全生产。 In view of high Shiquan coal mine No. 3 coal seam gas occurrence,what is difficult to drainage,extraction efficiency to be low, so the bag filling with pressure grouting technology was put forward. Through the theoretical analysis and the actual situation,it was determined that,the position of sealing beginning in coal mine is 2 distance to the two sides of roadways,and the length of hole seal-ing is 10 m. Field experiment shows that, with the application of the bag filling with pressure grouting technology, the concentration of drainage branch has increased to 18% ,which is 6 times of that in the past,gas drainage quantity has been 11.48 m3/min, which has in-creased by 4 times,gas concentration of single hole is increased by 3 ?4 times,gas drainage quantity of single hole increased 3 times, and high drainage concentration can be stable in 150 days,all this have guaranteed the safety production of the mine.
