摘要
该文以液化醪为原料,对2种糖化酶的不同加量对发酵效果的影响进行了初步研究,试验了苏宏GA475(136U/g、152U/g、168U/g)和Spirizyme ultra(136U/g、152U/g、168U/g)的酒精发酵效果。结果表明,Spirizyme ultra的发酵效果略优于苏宏GA475的发酵效果,Spirizyme ultra 168U/g的试验组酒分最高,为14.88%vol。
This study focused on the effect of two different amount of glucoamylase on the fermentation.The paper studied the effect for ethanol output with SuHong-GA475(136U/g,152U/g,168U/g) and Spirizyme ultra(136U/g,152U/g,168U/g).The results showed that:the Spirizyme ultra was better than the SuHong-GA475 for ethanol fermentation.The ethanol got the highest output under the Spirizyme ultra concentration of 168U/g.
