探讨了Agilent DD2-500 MHz型核磁共振波谱仪维护与校准的方法.核磁共振波谱仪良好的工作状态是测试出高质量谱图的前提条件,从探头调谐、磁场均匀度维护、90°脉冲宽度校准3个方面,详细介绍了Agilent DD2-500 MHz型核磁共振波谱仪的维护与校准的具体操作方法,使仪器参数指标达到最佳灵敏度及分辨率,为教学和科研提供高质量测试报告的同时有效的延长了仪器使用寿命.
A method for the maintenance and calibration of Agilent DD2-500 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer is discussed. A good working condition of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is the precondition to obtain a high quality spectrum. In order to make the instrument with the optimal sensitivity and resolution, the actual operation methods for the maintenance and calibration were introduced from the aspects of probe tuning, uniformity of magnetic field maintenance and 90 degree pulse width calibration. The work provides the high quality test report for teaching and scientific research, and effectively prolongs the service life of the instrument.
