摘要
本文研究了交趾黄檀中荧光物质的提取及主要参数的测定。通过采用不同极性的溶剂提取交趾黄檀的荧光物质,并对其所含的荧光物质利用荧光光谱仪进行定性、定量的分析,测得其最强激发波长与最强发射波长,实验发现对于交趾黄檀而言,无水乙醇在所用溶剂中对单一荧光物质的提取能力最佳,其提取的荧光物质的最强激发波长为298 nm,最强发射波长为330 nm,斯托克斯位移为32 nm。其他各种溶剂或因提取的荧光物质含量较少,或因提取的荧光物质种类较杂而不适合作为提取溶剂。
This paper studies the extraction of fluorescent material in Dalbergia cochinchinensis and testing its main parameters. By using different polar solvents, we can get fluorescent substances in Dalbergia cochinchinensis and do qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fluorescent substances by fluorescence spectrometer, measuring the strongest excitation wavelength and emission wavelength. The results show that for Dalbergia cochinchinensis, anhydrous ethanol has the best ability of single fluorescent substances extraction among the solvents. The extraction of the fluorescent substance's strongest excitation wavelength is 298 nm, the strongest emission wavelength is 330 nm, stokes shift is 32 nm. Other solvents are not suitable as the extraction solvent because of less extraction of fluorescent substances or extracting a variety of fluorescent substances.
