摘要
本文主要阐述了从永靖县部分奶牛养殖场(户)随机抽取奶牛生鲜乳样品40份,用国标TTC检测法对抽取的奶牛生鲜乳样品进行抗生素残留检测,在检测的40份新鲜牛奶样品中有3份抗生素药物残留检测呈阳性,阳性率为7.5%,可疑阳性样品为2份,占抽查总量的2.5%,并详细的分析了检测结果,提出了采取的措施,为畜产品安全控制提供了依据。
This article mainly expounded the detection of milk from cow farms（households）in Yongjing.Forty milk sample were selected randomly to test antibiotics residue with national standard TTC method.The result showed that there were three samples appeared positive in the 40 samples and the rate was 7.5%,the suspicious positive samples were 2,reached 2.5% of the total.In addition,we analyzed the testing results in detail,and then putting forward the measures for livestock production safety.
