摘要
目的观察长春西汀联合银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月就诊于我院的突发性耳聋患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。两组均予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶提取物,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上联合应用长春西汀治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗前后的纯音测听结果及临床效果。结果治疗结束后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为79.2%和62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组和对照组的纯音测听结果较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀联合银杏叶提取物对突发性耳聋具有较好的临床疗效,能明显提高听力,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of yinpocetine combined with ginkgo biloba extract in the treat- ment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 96 patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine treatment and the control group were treated with apricot extract based on the conventional treatment,while the treatment group were treated with vinpocetine tretment for 14 days in addition to the above treat- merit of the control group. The results of pure tone audiometry before and after treatment and the clinical results were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 79.2% and 62.5% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The results of pure tone audiometry in the treatment group and the Control group were improved significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of the treatment group was more Obvious than that of the control group after treatment（P〈0,05）. Conclusion Vincacin combined with ginkgo biloba extract has a good clinical efficacy on sudden deafness, which can significantly improve the hearing, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
