摘要
从工程应用角度论述了安防夜视监控领域激光主动照明技术现状及未来发展趋势,讨论了激光照明安全问题。指出安防LED照明技术受制于其发光效率等物理极限,未来将被激光照明技术取代。介绍了现有激光照明关键技术,并对激光照明未来的发展趋势做了展望。垂直腔面发射半导体激光器(VCSEL)在激光照明领域应用优势明显,激光距离选通技术是提高激光夜视图像信噪比的有效途径,1.5μm人眼安全激光照明技术也是未来发展趋势。
The latest development and research of laser illumination have been summarized for night vision in security surveillance engineering. Salety problem for laser illumination is discussed. In the future,laser illumination will displace LED illumination because of its low luminous efficiency. Key technologies of laser illumination are summarized.Looking ahead,Vertical cavity surface emitting laser( VCSEL) has many advantages in illuminating. Laser range-gated technology is useful to improve night-vision SNR. 1. 5 μm laser will be used widely in future because it is safer for eyes.
