摘要
阐述了激光主动照明选通成像的原理。针对水下成像系统对光电接收器件和照明光源性能的要求,介绍了当前主要成像器件的特性和在选通成像系统中的优缺点。重点分析了ICCD光电接收器件的选通性能和特点,列举了几种先进的ICCD系统的性能参数。对其它几种水下成像系统的性能参数进行了简单的介绍和对比,分析了今后成像器件的发展方向。
The theory of range gate active laser imaging is introduced, and features of detectors employed in the system are analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages about ICCD, CCD, EBCCD, and EMCCD, which are used as detectors, are thoroughly discussed. The analysis is mainly on ICCD which has excellent range gating feature and sensitivity, some up-to-date ICCD detector and underwater imaging system are illustrated. The prediction about further development on this technique is made.
