摘要
为有效发挥深松作业优势,针对南疆土壤特性通过实验分别测出了15、20、25、30 cm耕作深度下有振动和无振动两种情况下的耕作阻力,利用有限元软件在耕作深度30 cm时对主要工作部件深松铲的变形、应力及应变进行分析,为南疆土壤特性下深松铲的设计提供了一定的支撑数据,同时完成了对深松铲的强度校核,进行了适当改进和加强,保证了深松作业的连续稳定和安全性。
With the worsening desertification of south Xinjiang soil, soil subsoiling technology is expected to promote. In order to effectively play the advantages of subsoiling operation against southern soil characteristics, the tillage resistance was experimentally measured at the depth of 15, 20, 25, 30 cm fanning respectively with vibration and without vibration. Using finite element software, the deformation, stress and strain of subsoiler, the main working part, are analyzed at the tillage depth 30 cm, which provides some support data for the design of subsoiler under the soil characteristics of southern Xinjiang. Meanwhile, the subsoiler strength check was completed, properly improved and strengthened to ensure continuous stability and security subsoiling operations.
