摘要
目的建立复方黄葵颗粒的定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱方法,对复方黄葵颗粒中黄蜀葵花、粉萆薢、虎杖、大黄、何首乌、姜黄进行定性鉴别。结果建立了复方黄葵颗粒中所含以上6种药材薄层鉴别方法,供试品色谱中,在与对照物质相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,且阴性无干扰。结论本试验所确定的鉴别方法简便、重复性好,可用于复方黄葵颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish qualitative identification methods of compoud Huangkui granules. Methods Thin layer chromatography( TLC) was used to qualitatively identify Abelmoschi Corolla,Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma,Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix,Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Polygoni Multiflori Radix,Curcumae Longae Rhizoma in compoud Huangkui granules. Results The identification methods of six components were successfully established. The chromatography of samples and standard sample showed that spots with same color were observed in same position,and no interference was found in negative sample. Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible,and can be used for quality control in compound Huangkui granules.
