摘要
[目的]优化黄孢原毛平革菌生物预处理降解玉米秸秆中木质素的条件。[方法]通过单因素和正交试验,分析不同pH、温度、接种量和时间对黄孢原毛平革菌降解木质素的影响。[结果]黄孢原毛平革菌降解玉米秸秆木质素的最适条件为:温度32℃,pH=6,接种量10片,时间15d。[结论]在最适条件下,还原糖得率由0.47g·L^(-1)提高到0.79g·L^(-1)。本研究可提高玉米秸秆中纤维素的利用率可用于后续研究。
[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the conditions of corn straw degradstion by Phanerochaete chrysosporium.[Methods]Influences of different pH,temperatures.inoculum concentration and time of degradstion of Phanerochaete chrysosporium were analyzed by respectively using single factor design and orthogonal design.[Results]The optimum conditions for the degradation of lignin were as follow:the temperature 32℃,the initial pH 6,the inoculum concentration 10 piece,10 days.[Conclusion]Under the optimum conditions,the yield of reducing sugar increased from 0.47g·L-1 to 0.79g·L-1.The research can improve the utilization ratio of cellulose in corn straw,and further apply to the next step.
