摘要
为了研究玉米秸秆降解过程中真菌活动规律,采集正在腐烂的玉米秸秆,通过平板分离、透明圈平板筛选及纤维素酶、木质素酶、果胶酶活性测定,记录菌体类型及酶活状况。结果表明,19种真菌参与其降解过程,其中纤维素降解菌11种,木质素降解菌9种,同时发现3种菌具有果胶降解能力且菌株酶活较高。说明在纤维素酶产生菌、木质素酶产生菌联合作用于秸秆降解的同时,果胶降解菌群也是秸秆降解菌的重要组成之一。
In order to study the pattern of fungal activities during straw degradation,certain fungi were isolated from fresh rotting corn stalks. These fungi were subjected to plate isolation and transparent circle plate screening,and the enzymatic activities of eellulase,ligninase and pectinase produced by them were recorded. The results indicated that 19 fungal strains were putatively in- volved in the corn straw degradation process,including 11 cellulase-producing strains, 9 ligninase- producing strains and 3 pectinase-producing strains: In addition to the importance of cellulase and ligninase, the pectinase-producing fungi may also play a crucial role in straw degradation.
