摘要
面对国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的全新命题,中国共产党与社会组织需要进一步调整各自的角色与行动策略,以利于构建良性互动合作共赢的新型执政党与社会组织关系。由政党本位到社会本位转换是执政党与社会组织关系重构的价值基点与方向,在此基础上,执政党与社会组织相互抚育、深度合作,共同推进国家治理现代化进程。
Facing the new proposition of the national governance system and the modernization of the governance ability,the CPC and the social organizations need to further adjust their respective roles and action strategies in order to facilitate a interactive cooperation and win-win relationship. From the party to society-based transformation is the value base and direction of the relationship between the ruling party and the social organization. On this basis, The ruling party and social organizations should foster each other,deep cooperation,and jointly promote the process of national governance modernization.
