摘要
新时代对我国民主治理中人民主体地位的发挥提出了更高的要求,而当前我国民主治理过程中还存在着民主理念和民主制度供给脱节、民主诉求急需有效表达、治理创新可持续关注不充分等问题。研究运用Citespace可视化软件对截至2020年6月中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的986篇民主治理中人民主体性研究相关文献进行了计量分析,发现当前我国民主治理中人民主体性的研究主要聚焦在民主治理和人民主体性的内涵、核心要义及精神实质等方面,并将持续深入研究新时代如何坚持人民主体地位,研究角度从理论向实践转变、研究风格从宏观向中微观延伸、研究内容呈现出鲜明的时政导向和时代特征。因此,要从加强社会主义民主政治制度建设、丰富民主形式、发展基层民主等方面使人民群众的主体能动性充分迸发。
The new era has witnessed greater requirements for the role of the people in democratic governance in China;however,there still exist some problems in China’s democratic governance process,such as the disconnection between the supply of democratic ideas and democratic institutions,the urgent need for effective expression of democratic demands,and insufficient attention to the sustainable innovation of governance.The study uses Citespace visualization software to conduct a quantitative analysis of the 986 related literatures on people’s subjectivity in democratic governance included in the China National Knowledge Base(CNKI)database as of June 2020,and finds that the current research on people’s subjectivity in democratic governance in China is mainly focused on the connotation,core and spiritual essence of democratic governance and people’s subjectivity,and it will continue carrying out in-depth research on how to adhere to the people’s dominant position in the new era.The research angle has transformed from theory to practice,the research style has been extended from macro scope to meso and micro scopes,and the research content has presented a clear current political orientation and characteristics of the times.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of socialist democratic political system,enrich the forms of democracy,develop grassroots democracy,so as to make the people’s subjective initiative fully generate and burst out.
