摘要
青海云杉是中国的特有植物,生于海拔1750~3100m的山地阴坡和半阴坡及潮湿的地带。文章以内蒙古贺兰山自然保护区的青海云杉为研究对象,运用454GS测序技术对青海云杉外生菌根真菌进行了多样性分析。结果发现:青海云杉外生菌根真菌非常丰富,隶属于2个门4个纲14个目20个科25个属,有效OTU序列共143条。
Picea crassifolia, a native species to China, distributes in semi shady and shady slope of mountains as well as humid region with an altitude of 1750-3100m. Ectomycorrhizal fungi of Picea crassifolia from Helan Mountain National Nature Reserve of Inner Mongolia were analyzed via 454GS High-Throughput Sequencing. The results showed that Picea crassifolia has high diversity on ectomycorrhizal fungi which belongs to 2 phylums,4 classes, 14 orders, 20 family and 25 genera, with valid OUT sequences of 143.
