摘要
地方普通高校向应用型本科院校转型及应用型人才培养成为我国教育界探讨的主要话题之一。在此背景下,本文以职业交际能力视角,采用论证结合方法,着重阐述了新的人才观、职业能力、地方院校转型及应用型人才培养路径等问题,以期为我国职业教育发展和应用型人才培养提供些许参考。
One of the major topics discussed in our country＇s educational circles is how the local normal colleges or universities transform to the applied undergraduate ones and how to carry out the work of cultivation. Under this background, from the communicative compe- tence point, this paper focuses on the new concept of talent, vocational ability, transformation of local colleges and the path of applied talents training, in order to provide reference for the development of vocational education and the training of applied talents in our coun- try.
