环境规制对中国制造业绿色全要素生产率的影响分析 被引量:18

摘要 运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对2001—2011年中国制造业28个分行业的绿色全要素生产率进行了核算,并进一步验证了环境规制与制造业绿色全要素生产率之间的关系。研究结果表明:技术进步是驱动中国制造业效率提升的核心力量,且环境技术效率普遍较低;环境规制是绿色全要素生产率增长的成因,目前中国环境规制强度是恰当的,实现了经济和环境效益的"双赢",验证了"波特假说"在中国的存在性。 This paper applies DEA-hased Malmquist index method to examine the green total factor productivity in a sample of 28 China's manufacturing branches over the period from 2001 to 2011. Then it conducts empirical analysis on the relationship between environmental regulation intensity and manufacturing green total factor productivity. The results show that: Technical progress is the core power to promote the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, and the environmental technical efficiency is relatively lower in China; Environmental regulation is the cause of the improvement of green total factor productivity. The environmental regulation intensity was appropriate nowadays and achieved a win-win situation of economy and environment, proving the existence of "Porter Hypothesis" in China.
