摘要
目的调查海口市65~74岁老年人群口腔健康现状,为海口市老年人口腔疾病防治提供基础资料。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在海口市4个区抽取65~74岁老年人共875名,于2015年6月13日开始为期半年的口腔健康检查。结果 (1)海口市老年人口腔黏膜异常率为8.5%。(2)海口市老年人口冠龋检出率为71.1%,根龋检出率为56.7%,龋病检出率79.1%;男性龋病检出率(78.0%)与女性(79.9%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.462,P=0.497)。(3)海口市老年人牙龈出血、牙结石、牙周袋检出率分别为57.8%、83.5%、24.0%;牙龈出血、牙结石、牙周袋检出牙均数为9.15、16.57、1.71颗;至少有1个牙位附着丧失≥4 mm检出率为55.7%,至少有1个牙位附着丧失≥6 mm检出率为17.6%。(4)海口市老年人缺失牙检出率为58.6%,老年人缺失牙均数为4.56颗。结论海口市老年人一半以上有龋病、牙龈出血和牙结石,缺失牙达五成,接近两成人有重度牙周炎,应采取针对性措施,提高老年人口腔健康状况。
Objective To study the oral health epidemic situation among the elderly people in Haikou aged 65-74, in order to provide the basic data for the diseases prevention. Methods Totally 875 residents aged 65-74 were selected by using stratified sampling in four areas of Haikou, and given oral health check from June 13, 2015 lasted for half a year. Results （1）The abnormal rate of oral mucosa was 8.5%. （2）The prevalence rate of dental caries, such as crown caries, root caries, total caries was respectively 71.1%, 56.7%, 79.1%. The caries detection rate of men and women, was respectively 78.0%, 79.9%, and there was no significant difference between men and women （x^2=0.462, P=0.497）. （3）The prevalence rate of periodontal disorders, such as gingival bleeding, dental calculus, periodontal pockets was respectively 57.8%, 83.5%, 24.0%; on average, 9.15 （gingival bleeding）, 16.57 （dental calculus） and 1.71 （periodontal pockets） teeth per person exhibited. Prevalence of LOA ≥ 4 mm （at least 1 teeth） was 55.7%, while the prevalence of LOA ≥ 6 mm （at least 1 teeth） declined to 17.6%. @Missing teeth detection rate was 58.6%, the mean of missing teeth was 4.56. Conclusion More than half of the surveyed people have dental caries, bleeding gums, dental calculus; over half of the elderly people in Haikou have missing teeth, close to 20% of people have severe periodontitis. The appropriate measures should be used to strengthen the periodontal disease prevention and to improve the oral health status of elderly people.
