摘要
第三方警务是一种全新的警务模式。这种模式中的合作赞同式执法能有效地规避传统警务模式中的不足和弊端。从解读第三方警务入手,分析构建合作赞同式执法的现实意义,并在此基础上提出在构建合作赞同式执法模式的实现路径。
The third party policing is a new and booming mode featured by cooperation and approval involving police officers and citizens, which can boost the effectiveness of social control and law enforcement by removing the defects resulted from traditional policing mode. Based on analyzing the strengths of the third party policing, this essay aims to address the key issues while setting up the mode.
