摘要
针对邯宝炼钢厂实际生产情况,通过理论分析和计算对少渣冶炼的一倒温度、熔渣碱度以及热平衡和物料平衡进行了讨论,确定了一倒的合理温度区间,以及熔渣碱度控制参数,并以此为基础进行工业生产实践,取得了良好的效果,有效的降低了冶炼成本,简化了炉渣处理过程,降低了环境压力。
Based on the actual production situation of Hanbao steelmaking plant,a reasonable temperature range of first slag process and the basicity of slag control parameters were determined through theoretical analysis and calculation and discussing the less slag smelting pouring temperature,slag basicity and heat balance and material balance.The practice of industrial production achieved good results and effectively reduced the cost and environmental pressure.
