摘要
主要通过粉末注射成形(PIM)生坯热脱脂过程的SE M分析,考察了单组元粘结剂及多组元粘结剂体系生坯在常任及真空热脱脂过程中液相分布及孔隙结构的变化.通过比较分析,提出了由环境压力、毛细管力及渗透压相互作用的热脱脂过程机理模型.
Based on the SEM analysis of the greenware composed of single and multi- component binder at the different stages of the thermal debinding process in PIM, a mechanism model is proposed, which shows that the liquid saturation and pore structure vary with the capillary force, the environment pressure and the osmotic pressure.
