摘要
预应力孔道压浆料是预应力桥梁施工的一道关键工序,作为保护预应力筋的最后一道防线,其质量好坏关系到整个桥梁结构的安全性和耐久性。随着JTG/T F50—2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的颁布,对于后张预应力孔道压浆材料的工作性能提出了更高要求。根据JTG/T F50—2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的要求,选取合适的化学外加剂,并进行正交试验,通过优选原材料和优化配合比,研制了一种高流动性、流损小、微膨胀、零泌水的预应力孔道压浆料,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
Pre-stressed grouting material is a key process in the construction of pre-stressed bridge. As the last line of protection of the pre-stressed tendons,its quality which is good or bad is related to the safety and durability of the whole bridge structure. With the promulgation of JTG / T F50—2011Highway bridge and culvert construction technology standard,a higher requirement is put forward for the workability of the post tensioning pre-stressed duct grouting material. According to the requirements of JTG / T F50—2011Highway bridge and culvert construction technology standard, in this paper, suitable chemical admixture is selected to carry out orthogonal experiment. Pre-stressed duct grouting material which is of high flow,small flow loss,micro expansion,zero bleeding is developed by optimizing raw materials and optimizing the ratio,which has a broad prospect in engineering application.
