摘要
市政工程一体化提升泵站经常布置在地势低洼处,地下水丰富,在地址复杂地段沉井封底后经常有渗漏水现象。若产品设计未充分考虑泵站井桶外混凝土灌注的便捷性,混凝土无法灌注密实,导致后期井桶及内部机电设备变形,最终运行发生故障无法运行。东莞市水生态五期第一标段发生泵站井桶变形事故后,项目部对事故过程照片及运行数据数据进行了分析,最终采取锚杆加固、填充混凝土补强、改造已变形机电设备的措施,最终泵站恢复了正常运行。
The integrated lifting pump station of municipal engineering is often arranged in low-lying areas,with abundant groundwater.In complex locations,there is often leakage after the bottom of the sunken well is sealed.If the product design does not fully consider the convenience of pouring concrete outside the pump station's well barrel,and the concrete cannot be poured tightly,it will lead to deformation of the well barrel and internal mechanical and electrical equipment in the later stage,ultimately leading to failure and inability to operate.After the deformation accident of the pump station well barrel occurred in the first section of Dongguan Water Ecology Phase V,the project department analyzed the photos and operational data of the accident process.In the end,it took measures such as anchor rod reinforcement,concrete filling for reinforcement,and renovation of deformed mechanical and electrical equipment.The pump station finally resumed normal operation.
