摘要
目的了解天津市女大学生对乳腺相关疾病、疾病危险因素及自我检查知识的认知现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法调查天津市多所高校共1446例女生乳腺疾病相关知识水平的现状。结果该调查的平均年龄为(19.96±1.57)岁。高校女生乳腺知识总得分为(24.79±9.37)分,其中分别包括乳腺相关疾病知识得分(4.87±2.87)分,疾病危险因素得分(11.10±5.09)分,自我检查知识得分(8.82±3.49)分,得分率分别为48.7%、55.5%和55.1%。多元线性回归分析显示年级、专业、母亲的受教育程度、是否上过生理课及情绪调节能力对高校女大学生的乳腺自检知识认知的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高校女生乳腺知识的来源多为网络、广播电视录像或报纸杂志等途径并希望通过医务人员、网络和宣传手册等途径继续获取相关知识。结论女大学生对于乳腺疾病的认知包括对于危险因素及乳腺自检的认知受多种因素的影响。因此加强对在校学生乳腺疾病知识的宣传和教育对于有效预防、控制疾病的发生发展十分重要。
Objective To comprehend current situation on the knowledge of breast diseases, risk factors and self-examination among female college students in Tianjin and to analyze the related factors. Methods A total of 1,446 female students from different colleges in Tianjin were surveyed in terms of the knowledge level about breast diseases by questionnaires, with method of stratified cluster random sampling. Results The average age was （19.96 ± 1.57） years old. Students scored （24.79 ± 9.37） in total, which include （4.87 ± 2.87） in breast diseases knowledge, （11.10 ± 5.09） in knowledge of risk factors and （8.82 ± 3.49） in self-examination knowledge, with a rate of 48.7%, 55.5% and 55.1%. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the influence of grade, major, mother＇s education level, whether in physiology and emotion regulation ability on cognition of breast self-examination among female college students had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The major sources of female college students＇ knowledge about breast diseases were network, broadcasting, television, newspapers and magazines. And most of these students hope to continue obtaining knowledge from medical staffs, websites and brochures. Conclusions The cognition of breast diseases among female college students is affected by many factors. It is important to strengthen the propaganda and education of knowledge about breast diseases in students to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of diseases.
