摘要
目的:了解川东北地区农村女性与乳腺疾病分布的基本情况及相关知识认知情况。方法:参考文献自行设计问卷,入户对川东北地区农村女性对乳腺疾病认知情况进行调查。结果:乳腺病变主要发生于30岁以上的女性,占20.41%;不知道乳腺癌相关知识的农村女性占60%以上,其中不知道乳腺癌防治措施的占89.94%,不知道正确乳房自我检查(B reastSelf-Exam ination,BSE)方法的占60.94%,不知道BSE正确频率的占95.27%。农村女性认为社会对她们关注不充分的占54.14%,而她们愿意积极参加乳房健康检查活动的占55.62%。结论:对广大农村地区女性进行乳腺相关疾病基本情况的调查与正确乳房自我检查的宣教,让她们有更多的方式获取相关疾病知识,以提高乳腺癌防范意识是很有必要的。
Objective： To understand the morbility of breast disease and the women＇s konwledge on it.Methods： We designed and distributed questionnaires to investigate the women＇s knowledge on breast disease in northeast Sichuan rural region.Results： Women with breast disease accounted for about 20.41 percent,of whom ages were more than 30 years;Women with no knowledge on breast disease were 60 percent,89.94 percent woman did not know health care measures for breast cancer,60.94 percent did not know how to operate BSE,and 95.27 percent did not exactly operate BSE;54.14 percent women believed that they needed not pay close attention to their health by society,and 55.62 percent women were willing to take part in breast examination provided by government.Conclusion： It is necessary to teach the rural women how to operate BSE and to know morbidity of breast disease in rural region,so that they can more understand breast disease and breast heath.
