摘要
在准时化生产(Just-In-Time,JIT)模式发展背景下,订单交货延迟惩罚以及产品库存费用受到越来越多关注。针对订单交货延迟惩罚与产品库存费用之间的平衡问题,在有限产能的前提条件下,建立了以总利润最大化为目标的订单接受与调度一体化决策模型。模型使用改进型双层编码遗传算法进行求解分析。最后经实例验证,通过与其他几种启发式订单选择规则进行对比,以及对改进前与改进后的算法对比,分别验证了模型与算法的有效性与可行性。
In the Just-In-Time (JIT) mode development background, order delivery delay punishment and product inventory costs by more and more attention. To solve the balance problems delayed punishment orders and inventory costs between the limited ca- pacity preconditions, to establish a total maximum profit integrated decision method of order acceptance and scheduling. Using on an improved double-coded genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, examples of verification,by comparison with several order selection heuristic rules, and improve before and contrast the improved algorithm, respectively demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
