摘要
自动换刀系统是加工中心的关键功能部件,其可靠性水平直接影响加工中心整机的可靠性,因此自动换刀系统的可靠性研究具有重要的研究价值。针对国外高档加工中心的自动换刀系统,分别应用传统频次法和数理统计法,得出故障模式分析结果和平均故障次数的基础上,通过数学建模方法算出了平均首次故障时间(MTTFF)和平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)等可靠性评价指标。
The automatic toel changer system is the key functional unit of the machining center, which reliability directly affeets overall of that of the machining eenter. Therefore, its reliability research has important research value in improving the reliability of the machining center. According to the automatic tool changer system produced by the foreign high-grade machining center, traditional frequency method and mathematieal statistics were applied separately. Failure mode analysis results and the mean failure frequency were calculated. Based on it, the mean time between failures (MTBF) , mean time to first failure (MTI'FF) and other multiple reliability indexes are acquired by mathematics modeling.
