摘要
应用模糊综合评判方法对市场上某型号工程机械液压系统的故障模式进行分析,综合考虑了故障发生频率、故障严重程度和维修难易程度三个影响因素,计算出液压系统各故障模式的危害度,根据危害度高低确定液压系统改进设计的重点。明确影响该型工程机械液压系统可靠性的主要因素,并有针对性地提出提高液压系统可靠性的改进措施。
Application fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the hydraulic system of construction machinery failure mode criticality analysis,considering the frequency of failure,fault severity and maintainability of the three factors,to calculate the hydraulic system failure mode criticality.After that,we define the main way to improve the design of the hydraulic system.Then reliability improvement measures for the hydraulic system were proposed.
