摘要
为了解决食品加工厂对某种青椒切半处理时的人工效率低、切口形状不整齐的问题,设计一种青椒切半机。该机通过进料斗出料口的排列和振动装置的振动,将青椒呈一定的方向送入同步输送带上的梯形槽中,同步滚筒上的梯形槽和同步输送带上的梯形槽共同夹紧青椒并同步运动,把青椒推向固定在同步输送带和同步滚筒之间的切刀上切成两半,最终实现食品加工厂青椒加工时的切半工序机械化。该青椒切半机结构简单,能均匀地将青椒切成两半,制造成本低,操作简易,对食品加工机械设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problems of the low labor efficiency and the irregular shape of incision in the food processing plant for cutting green peppers into halves, a half-cutting machine of green peppers was designed. Through the arrangement of the discharging port of the feed hopper and the vibration of the vibrating device, green peppers were carried into the trapezoidal groove on the synchronous conveying belt in a certain direction. The trapezoidal groove on the synchronous roller and the trapezoidal groove on the synchronous conveying belt clamped together green peppers and moved synchronously. The green peppers were cut into halves by the cutter fixed in between the synchronous conveying belt and the synchronous roller, and mechanization of food processing plants for cutting green peppers into halves was realized lastly. The half-cutting machine of green peppers has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and simple operation, besides, the green peppers can be cut into halves evenly. The machine has certain reference function for the design of food processing machinery.
