摘要 以某一家用塑料防护罩为研究对象,利用CAE软件Moldflow2012先后进行成型窗口、填充、流动、冷却等分析,得到了温度、剪切速率、剪切应力、塑件温度、模具温度等模拟结果,并对结果进行分析研究,针对不合理的模拟结果提出了相应的改进方案,再次模拟验证可以改善或避免塑件成型缺陷的产生,避免了注射工艺参数的反复修改,提高了成型塑件的合格率。 Taking a household plastic shield as the research object, the forming window, fill- ing, flowing, cooling processes were analyzed by CAE software Moldflow2012, and the simu- lation results of temperature, shear rate, shear stress, parts temperature, mould temperature were obtained. The results were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement scheme was proposed for unreasonable simulation results. It could improve or avoid the defects of pro- duction plastic parts based on the later simulation, also avoid repeated modification of the injection process parameters.
